PixWowo AI offers the following paid plans:

In-App Diamond Purchases:

• 120 Diamonds – $3.99
• 900 Diamonds – $16.99
• 2,000 Diamonds – $29.99
• 9,000 Diamonds – $89.99
• 14,000 Diamonds – $129.99

All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content depicting minors in sexual or harmful contexts
• Create or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Use automated tools to access the App without our consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property & Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and images you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Content: AI-generated content created using our service may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a premium subscription.

Our Content: All App designs, templates, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of GUERRACODE DEV LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations
• The App will be compatible with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUERRACODE DEV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
